European market to get “a snapshot of the UK equestrian trade.”

The British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) is kicking off a series of export initiatives by taking six equestrian brands to spoga horse in Germany later this week, and representing a further three.

BETA is heading to Cologne for the European trade event on 8-10 February with a stand showcasing Baillie Haylage, Bedmax, BETA International, Dodson & Horrell, Flying Changes, Hilton Herbs and its own work.

In addition, visitors to the stand can learn more about Citrus Lime, DJ Murphy and Unicorn Trials via literature from these BETA members.

“We enjoy spoga horse and take pride in showing the European audience just a snapshot of the equestrian trade here in the UK,” said Claire Williams, executive director for BETA.

“We have a great selection of brands on display this year and invite everyone coming to Cologne to visit us in Hall 7, stand 040. You’ll be assured of a warm welcome and can learn more about the companies on the stand too.”

More opportunities

This year will see BETA lead further trade initiatives in China, Germany and beyond.

BETA member businesses can also get involved with the association’s campaigns such as Feed Fact Fortnight and Summer of Safety, and UK shows where competitions are run to raise brand awareness of the companies supporting the prize pot as well as the work that BETA does for the good of trade and consumer.
