Agency in liquidation.
Admire PR Limited, formerly Andrea Sexton PR Limited, has gone into liquidation.
Creditors’ claims total £34,134, according to joint-liquidators Siann Huntley and Sean Ward of Leonard Curtis.
A creditors’ meeting was held on 6 November. Liquidators were appointed on 11 November.
The company’s failure has been attributed to cash flow issues and the director’s health.
Andrea Sexton PR was set up in January 2019, the company name being changed to Admire PR in May of that year.
The agency’s main activity was public relations, communications and promotion for other companies including clients in the equestrian world.
