Saddlery Brands International is bolstering its presence in France.
The supplier of Arena Saddles, Bates Saddles and Wintec Saddles says it wants to work more closely with retailers, saddle fitters and riders across the country.
The company’s Arena Saddles brand makes its debut in the French market this month (July).
Saddlery Brands International is also giving French retailers and saddle fitters direct access to Bates as well as Arena saddles.
French sales agent Frederic Pascoa is overseeing the new distribution arrangements, liaising with Saddlery Brands International’s UK office.
Wholesaler Ekkia will continue to distribute Wintec saddles to retailers across France.
"The launch of Arena Saddles, our revamped distribution strategy for Bates Saddles, and our steadfast partnership with Ekkia for Wintec Saddles in France underscore our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our valued customers,” said Saddlery Brands International’s general manager, Ellen Bates.
When ETN asked if the developments were timed to coincide with the Olympic Games in Paris, Saddlery Brands International said they were “completely unrelated.”
