CAMPAIGN TO GET BUMS IN SADDLES

How a leading supplier is motivating riders as Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

Neue Schule is urging the equestrian community to shake off the doldrums of the coronavirus pandemic.

The bits and bitting specialist’s Pledge to Ride initiative encourages riders to return to the saddle and do more with their horses while the summer lasts.

“Activity creates positivity,” says Neue Schule operations manager Jonny Worth. “As we are coming out of a difficult period, we want people to re-engage with their riding, their community and their horses.”

All riders – from top competitors to those who enjoy local hacking – can access Pledge to Ride via the Neue Schule website.

It allows them to log their equestrian activities during August – and to promise to complete more hours and miles in the saddle.

“Making a formal commitment is a great way to maintain motivation, get fit through riding and keep your horse busy, active and healthy,” adds Jonny.
