Nomination for two PPA awards puts PONY among the giants of UK publishing.

“It’s all down to the team’s passion and dedication.”

An equestrian magazine brand has been short-listed for two national publishing awards.

PONY will be among major titles such as Radio Times, Time Out and Computer Weekly, nominated for its work on the Post Office scandal, named at the PPA (Professional Publishers Association) Awards in June.

PONY is short-listed for Children’s Brand of the Year, while the PONY Big Day Out has been chosen as an Event of the Year finalist.

The PONY Big Day Out, which attracts hundreds of young riders, is also nominated for an award.

“It’s an amazing achievement for DJM [publisher of PONY] to be recognised against huge publishing houses, and it’s all down to the dedication and passion the team put into creating the best magazines, events and products for young riders,” said Zoe Cannon, managing director of DJM.
