And business is in line for more accolades…
A Devon retailer is listed among e-commerce providers seeing a business boom during the coronavirus pandemic.
Redpost Equestrian - which returned year-on-year growth of 239% to the end of 2020 - is ranked 24th on the Lightning 50 league table produced by software company Brightpearl.
The list includes retailers from all sectors, between them serving more than 20 million customers. Businesses are graded according to how fast their e-commerce activities grew between December 2019 and December 2020.
Redpost Equestrian was established in 1992 by John and Louise Tuff, and taken online by their son Ben and his wife Claire two decades later. The business moved into a new purpose-built store near Totnes last April.
And another accolade…?
In another success story, Redpost Equestrian is one of only two business to be short-listed twice for Zebra Products Retailer of the Year, a 2022 BETA Business Award.
The award has two categories – store and internet/mail order. The other retailer in contention in both categories is Cornwall’s Griggs Equestrian.
As well as securing the most prestigious title in equestrian retailing, each Retailer of the Year will receive a £500 voucher to spend with award sponsor and leading distributor Zebra Products.
