Hour-long session is worth seven AMTRA CPD points.
Animal health company Zoetis inviting equine RAMAs (registered animal medicines advisors/SQPs) to join a free CPD webinar.
To be held on Tuesday, 3 November at 11am – and repeated at 7.30pm – it will help RAMAs stay up-to-speed with the latest knowledge on autumn and winter parasite control in horses.
The webinar is hosted by Zoetis vet Dr Wendy Talbot, will last for approximately an hour and equates to seven AMTRA CPD points.
Dr Talbot will be covering the following topics:
· Parasites of importance at this time of year.
· Worm control protocols.
· Passports – how signing in or out of the food chain can determine the wormer you prescribe.
The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A to give RAMAs the opportunity to discuss with Dr Talbot any queries, concerns or common questions they hear from their customers.

“Autumn and winter worming protocols can be complicated because there are several specific seasonal threats that need to be addressed in a very targeted way and this can be confusing for some of their customers to understand.
