How to watch the future of equestrianism debated.
The National Equine Forum (NEF) will be accessible to all this year, via a free live stream.

The annual event – which brings together experts and opinion-formers from across the equestrian world - is on Thursday, 6 March at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in London.
This year’s NEF programme covers the future of equestrianism, currently a hot topic in the sector and one which affects the trade, riders and horse owners.
For the first time, anyone can watch the live stream of the event without paying.
“It is with huge thanks to our generous live streaming supporters (see below) that we have been able to offer the live stream free of charge this year,” said NEF chairman Tim Brigstocke.
“NEF is a not-for-profit event organised by a committee including many volunteers.
“Our intention is to share educational, important and topical information with as many members of the equestrian sector as possible, to support progress and cohesion within the sector.”
Topics for discussion include:
· The Equine Industry in a Changing World, to include a Parliamentary view of the status of the sector and a review of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
· Equine Health Updates will include the latest news on some of the most serious disease threats to horses in the UK.
· Equine feeds, a look at feed safety and legality, the fundamental role of forage and where to find reliable nutrition advice.
· Equine Assisted Services will review the partnership role horses play, both ridden and on the ground.
· The Memorial Lecture will explore how charities work together around emerging equine welfare challenges in Britain.
· The winner the Sir Colin Spedding Award will be announced.
· Q&A opportunities for the audience and live stream viewers to engage with the discussions.
